The composition of electric car Windows

Electric Windows, also known as electric doors and Windows, the driver or occupant controls the control switch on the seat, and uses the electric motor to drive the glass elevator to achieve the lifting of the window glass. When the driver operates, he can make any of the four Windows rise or fall, and the occupant can only make the window rise or fall.

The electric window is mainly composed of glass regulator, DC motor, switch (master switch, sub-control switch) and so on.

Power window circuit reading

Each electric window of the car is operated by a permanent magnet motor. If a voltage is applied to the motor, each motor can lift the glass. The polarity of the voltage determines the direction of rotation of the motor, and the window switch controls the voltage polarity. The left front window can operate the glass lifters of the four doors. There is a lock switch on the left front window switch. When the lock switch is locked, each sub-control window switch will not operate the window. In addition, the left front window has an automatic lifting function.

Power supply circuit: When the ignition switch is in the ACC, RUN position, or when the attachment is activated with a delayed RAP, the voltage is supplied to the C1-B end of the left front window switch through the 30A fuse 1-L2 in the fuse box.

1. Lock the switch

The left front window switch includes a lock switch. The lock switch is used to remove the voltage on the window switch, which prevents the window from being manipulated from a single switch. The window can still be operated by pressing the normal left front window switch.

When the lock switch is off, the voltage reaching C1-B end of the left front window switch → lock switch closing contact → C1-D end of the left front window switch is supplied to A end of the left rear window switch, A end of the right front window switch, and A end of the right rear window switch. Provides voltage for a single switch to operate the window.

When the lock switch is in the locked position, the C1-B end of the left front window switch is disconnected from the C1-D end of the left front window switch, thereby disconnecting the voltage on each window switch.

2. Left front window control

The lock switch in the left front window switch allows the left front window to rise or fall by operating the up or down button in the left front window switch, regardless of whether it is in the locked or closed position.

① Window raised

When pressing the left front window switch rise button in the left front window switch, Reach the battery voltage at left front window switch C1-B → Left front window switch upturn contact → Left front window switch C2-C → Left front window switch regulator motor B → Left front window switch regulator motor A → Left front window switch C2-D → Left front window switch C1-E →G301 leg. At this time, the left front window motor runs, and the left front window rises.

② Window drop

The C1-B and C2-D ends of the left front window switch are switched on, and the C2-C and C1-E ends are switched on. The motor of the left front window is controlled by the current in the opposite direction of the rise, at which time the motor is reversed and the left front window is lowered.

3. Control of passenger side window

The prerequisite is that the lock switch should be closed and the power supply circuit of each sub-control switch should be connected. Taking left rear window control as an example, the control mode of left rear window can be divided into left front window switch control and left rear window switch control. The following is an example of the rising operation of the window.

① Operate the left front window switch

Window up: When manipulating the left rear window rise button in the left front window switch, Voltage to left front window switch C1-B → Left front window switch up contact → Left front window switch C2-E → Left rear window switch D → Left rear window switch F → Left rear window switch regulator motor B → Left rear window switch regulator motor A → Left rear window switch G → Left rear window switch H → Left rear window switch H → Left Front window switch C2-F end → Left front window switch drop contact → Left front window switch C1-E end →G301 leg. At this time, the left rear window motor runs, and the left rear window rises.

② Operate the left rear window switch

When the lock switch is in the off position, the left rear window is switched on. Window rise: When the rise button of the left rear window switch is operated, the voltage at the A end of the left rear window switch → the F end of the left rear window switch → the regulator motor of the left rear window switch → the G end of the left rear window switch → the H end of the left rear window switch → the C2-F end of the left rear window switch → the inner down contact of the left front window switch → the C1-E end of the left front window switch → the G301 leg. At this time the motor is running and the left rear window is raised.

Other Windows can be operated in a similar manner from the corresponding window switch.
